These terms cover this website: the pages at healthguardai.app that describe the HealthGuardAI apps. They are short because this site does very little — it is informational, it has no accounts and it sells nothing directly.
Each of the five apps is a separate service with its own terms of service, which you accept when you create an account there. Where an app's terms and these terms differ, the app's terms govern your use of that app.
Section 2Using this website
You may read this site, link to it, and share its pages. You agree not to:
- Use it for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or any connected system
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with normal operation of the service
- Scrape or crawl the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors

- Reproduce, duplicate, copy or reuse any portion of the applications or their code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the applications
- Distribute, sell, lease or sublicense the applications or any component of them
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice
- Use the AI integrations or algorithms commercially without authorisation

Section 4No medical advice
Nothing on this website or in any HealthGuardAI app is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. The apps are not medical devices. This point matters enough that it has a page of its own — please read the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Section 5Availability and accuracy
This site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, move or withdraw pages, features, prices and offers at any time. Details about the apps — what they do, what they cost, whether they are live — describe our intentions at the time of writing and may become out of date.
Where an offer is described here, the binding terms are the ones shown at the point of purchase in the relevant app.
Section 6Links to other sites
This site links to the five app domains and to a small number of third-party pages. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement.
Section 7Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Line Inc. and Attila Koch shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue or business opportunity
- Medical complications or health issues arising from use of the applications
- Inaccuracies in AI analysis or in any information presented
- Interruption or unavailability of the service
Your use of HealthGuardAI is at your own risk, and you take responsibility for decisions you make on the basis of what an app shows you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Section 8Age
The HealthGuardAI apps are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Section 9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country whose consumer-protection law grants you mandatory rights, nothing in these terms deprives you of those rights, or of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
Section 10Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date shown at the top — please review it from time to time. For material changes affecting app accounts, registered users are notified by e-mail before the change takes effect.
